Some students have found that they are not getting automatically logged in to the Student Employment site when they click over from the new myNortheastern portal. If you are asked to log in on this site, please use your myNortheastern username and password - do NOT use your full email address, but the part that comes before the @ symbol.

Student Employment Site Tips

Attention Students!

You should be logged in automatically when you click the Student Employment link from the myNortheastern portal. If you are asked to log into Student Employment, use your myNortheastern credentials - not your email address.


All students are required to take at least a thirty minute break after every six hours of work.
Students are only paid for hours worked. Breaks are unpaid.

Massachusetts State Law says
No person shall be required to work for more than six hours during a calendar day without an interval of at least thirty minutes for a meal. Any employer, superintendent, overseer or agent who violates this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than three hundred nor more than six hundred dollars.
