All student employees must complete Section 1 of the I-9 form online (find the link on My Dashboard) and submit supporting documents in person on or before their first day of work.

Law School (Winter quarter)
December 2 - February 22

International students are authorized to work for the duration of your student status - this means that the last day of finals for your program in your last term is also the last day you can work on campus. This information is also on the OGS website. To confirm your program's last day of finals, see the Registrar's academic calendar.

On Campus Employers and Off Campus Work-Study

Post available job positions, review applications, and hire student employees. Manage student timesheets. Employment guidelines and required documents are at your fingertips! Non-profit community service employers may submit an application to participate in the Federal Work-Study Off-Campus Program.

Off-Campus Employers

Off-campus employers may post job opportunities for students. Part-time positions for seasonal, long term or short term openings. This is the best way to reach our students and advertise your job. Employers with positions open are welcome to add them to our FREE database.
