All student employees must complete Section 1 of the I-9 form online (find the link on My Dashboard) and submit supporting documents to an authorized representative on or before their first day of work. If you need to complete an I-9 while our office is working remotely, please contact us immediately at seoi9help@northeastern.edu!

The Direct Deposit form is available separately on the myNortheastern portal, as is the electronic W-2! Click here for instructions for accessing both of these services.

Law School (Spring quarter)
February 24 - May 1

International students are authorized to work for the duration of your student status - this means that the last day of finals for your program in your last term is also the last day you can work on campus. This information is also on the OGS website. To confirm your program's last day of finals, see the Registrar's academic calendar.

MASSACHUSETTS MINIMUM WAGE INCREASE:

Minimum Wage NOW $12.75/hour

On Campus Employers and Off Campus Work-Study

Post available job positions, review applications, and hire student employees. Manage student timesheets. Employment guidelines and required documents are at your fingertips! Non-profit community service employers may submit an application to participate in the Federal Work-Study Off-Campus Program.

Off-Campus Employers

Off-campus employers may post job opportunities for students. Part-time positions for seasonal, long term or short term openings. This is the best way to reach our students and advertise your job. Employers with positions open are welcome to add them to our FREE database.
