IMPORTANT REMINDER: Student employees are paid on a biweekly payroll schedule! Please see our payroll dates for the Spring semester and plan accordingly.

All student employees must complete Section 1 of the I-9 form online (find the link on My Dashboard) and submit supporting documents to an authorized representative on or before their first day of work.

Students, please use this link to book a meeting with us to present your supporting documents. NOTE: you should only meet with us to complete the I-9 AFTER you have secured an on-campus job, but before your first day of work.

Undergraduate / Graduate
Spring: January 19 - April 30

Law School (Winter quarter)
November 16 - February 12

International students are authorized to work for the duration of your student status - this typically means that the last day of finals for your program in your last term is also the last day you can work on campus. This information is also on the OGS website.


Minimum Wage NOW $13.50/hour in MA

On Campus Employers and Off Campus Work-Study

Post available job positions, review applications, and hire student employees. Manage student timesheets. Employment guidelines and required documents are at your fingertips! Non-profit community service employers may submit an application to participate in the Federal Work-Study Off-Campus Program.

Off-Campus Employers

Off-campus employers may post job opportunities for students. Part-time positions for seasonal, long term or short term openings. This is the best way to reach our students and advertise your job. Employers with positions open are welcome to add them to our FREE database.

NU Student Temps connects on-campus employers with talented Northeastern students to fill temporary employment needs. Employers with positions open are welcome to add them to our database for sourcing and placing of temporary student employees.
